Product overview
Wind speed sensor (cup anemometer) measuring horizontal wind speed in m/s by converting mechanical rotation into an electrical pulse via a reed switch driven by a rotating magnet attached to wind cups. Housed in seawater-resistant anodized aluminum and supplied with a mounting bracket and 3 m UV- and weather-resistant LIYY cable. Compatible with SEVEN Irradiance Sensor Box and SEVEN Sensor Box; data can be transmitted to an irradiance sensor or a data logger over a single cable.
