Description

Product overview The Plastic Wind Speed Sensor (cup anemometer) 3S-WS-I-P measures horizontal wind speed independent of wind direction. Measurement is based on a reed switch actuated by a rotating magnet on the cups. The sensor provides an analog output suitable for dataloggers, gateways and PLCs with analog inputs. It is supplied with a mounting system and a 3 m LIYYC11Y PUR cable, UV- and weather-resistant. An optional heating kit is available for installations at risk of icing.
