How it worksThe 3S-WS-MB-P is a three-cup anemometer. Wind rotation turns the cups; a magnet on the rotating shaft actuates a reed switch once per revolution. An internal converter counts pulses and calculates wind speed (m/s); the Modbus-enabled unit then transmits the processed wind speed digitally over RS485 using Modbus RTU registers.
