Mounting plate PY

The PY Series Mount is a modular pitch/yaw mount designed for precise positioning and stable support in optical setups. The PY-2 model is intended for use with the Model 3010 fiber holder and 1600 or 7600 series translation stages, featuring an axially loaded pivot mechanism that provides 7° of pitch and yaw motion. The mount is modular and can be integrated with various devices, with user-switchable pitch adjustment screw and stop for flexible configurations. 80TPI adjustment screws and color-coded SoftTouch™ knob caps ensure precise and easy axis identification, even in low light.

The PY-4 and PY-6 models are engineered for heavier and larger applications, maintaining the unique pivot design of the PY-2 but with increased load capacity for stability under extreme conditions. The PY-6 can be motorized with 420 or 840 series DC servo actuators for enhanced positioning accuracy, while the PY-4 is compatible with DT-300, 331, or 100cr stages for expanded X, XY, or XYZ positioning.
