This equipment is designed to punch macro holes of various diameters and shapes on moving material; especially for neutral or printed film and is to be inserted as a host unit in film transport lines such as slitters, extruders, printing or welding machines. The PU 20 model is a space-saving fast and stable punching unit, with an operating system prepared for 4.0 certification and processed in the language of the country where the machine will operate. Intuitive and user friendly, our electronic system allows power and position control for each individual punching tool, start and stop functions, and work recipe management (insert, store and recall). The maximum operating speed achieved by the unit is 200 mt/min, with a maximum frequency of 45 Hz. Please note that this value is influenced by the composition of the material to be punched and the distance between holes, and that the best performance of the unit is achieved by installing the unit in the continuous motion phase of the host line. Incoming material passes through the space in the beam and is punched by perforators mounted on the structure, through a pneumatically driven punch and die system.
