This equipment is designed to make macro holes of various diameters and shapes on moving material, especially for neutral or printed film; it is ideal for agricultural applications and especially for mulching. The PU 42 is to be inserted as a host unit in film processing lines such as slitters, extruders, printing or welding machines. The PU 42 model is a fast and stable unit, with an operating system prepared for 4.0 certification and processed in the language of the country where the machine will operate. Intuitive and user friendly, our electronic system allows power and position control for each individual punching tool, start and stop functions, control of the movement of the beam opening, and management of working recipes (insertion, storage and recall). The maximum operating speed achieved by the unit is 200 mt/min, with a maximum frequency of 90 Hz, due to the possibility of mounting the perforators on both sides of the unit. Please note that this value is influenced by the composition of the material to be perforated and the distance between the holes, and that the best performance of the unit is achieved by installing the unit in the continuous motion phase of the host line. Punching tools are composed of two parts: a female body housing the die, located at the bottom and designed to accommodate the suction tube that facilitates the removal of processing waste a male body housing the punch, placed on top and connected to the solenoid valve.
