The PC0 model is a motorized device to be installed as a host unit in extruders, slitters, printing and welding machines, and in all processing lines of moving films. It makes transverse pre-cuts on materials of different thicknesses with customizable width. The unit makes easy tear openings on bags, garbage bags, shoppers, labels, etc. The running film arrives at the machine and is pre-cut by the blade shaft that comes in contrast to the counter roller supporting the material. The PC0 moves thanks to the drive system that consists of an integrated brushless motor, driver and encoder that synchronize the speed of the blade shaft with the movement speed of the film. This system prevents stretching of the processed material, ensuring consistently precise cuts and equalizing the speed of the device to that of the host line or machine. Pre-cutting group The pre-cutting unit consists of a shaft with toothing (1) on which the toothed blades (2) are screwed. When ordering, it is possible to choose the number of blade lines to be mounted on the shaft, up to a maximum of 4 lines.
