This equipment is designed to punch macro holes of various diameters and shapes on moving material, especially for neutral or printed film; it is ideal for agricultural applications and especially for mulching. The PU 40 is to be inserted as a host unit in film transport lines such as slitters, extruders, printing or welding machines. The PU 40 model is a fast and stable perforator, with an operating system prepared for 4.0 certification and processed in the language of the country where the machine will operate. Intuitive and user friendly, our electronic system allows power and position control for each individual perforation head, start and stop functions, control of the movement of the beam opening, and management of working recipes (insertion, storage and recall). The maximum operating speed achieved by the punching unit is 200 mt/min, with a maximum frequency of 45 Hz. Please note that this value is influenced by the composition of the material to be perforated, the diameter of the holes and the distance between holes, and that the best performance of the unit is achieved by installing the unit in the continuous motion phase of the host line. Punching tools are composed of two parts: a female body housing the die, located at the bottom and designed to accommodate the suction tube that facilitates the removal of processing waste a male body housing the punch, placed on top and connected to the solenoid valve.
