This equipment is designed to punch macro holes of various diameters and shapes on moving materials; it is particularly suitable for neutral or printed film and is to be installed as a host unit in film transport lines such as slitters, extruders, printing or welding machines. The PU 22 model is a space-saving fast and stable unit with an operating system prepared for 4.0 certification and processed in the language of the country where the machine will operate. Intuitive and user friendly, our electronic system allows power and position control for each individual punching tool, start and stop functions, and work recipe management (insert, store and recall). The maximum operating speed achieved by the unit is 200 mt/min, with a maximum frequency of 90 Hz, thanks to the possibility of mounting the perforator heads on both sides of the bridge. Please note that this value is influenced by the composition of the material to be perforated and the distance between holes, and that the best performance of the unit is achieved by installing the unit in the continuous motion phase of the host line. Punching tools are composed of two parts: a female body housing the die, located at the bottom and designed to accommodate the suction tube that facilitates the removal of processing waste a male body housing the punch, placed on top and connected to the solenoid valve. The running film passes into the central space in the beam and is punched by perforators, mounted on both sides of the structure, through a pneumatically driven punch and die system.
