Description

We have 2 models of embossing machines: the non-motorized CNEB and the motorized CNEBM. Both are versatile space-saving models designed for embossing various diameters and shapes on moving material, to be inserted as host units in film processing lines such as slitters, extruders, printing or welding machines, and on all production lines that process moving film. Suitable for making anti-slide, anti-stick, embossing decorations, custom textures, technical film for the hygienic and industrial sectors, pharmaceutical packaging, food packaging, construction, imprinting logos, etc. EMBOSSING GROUP consisting of an EMBOSSING CYLINDER SHAFT (1) and a COUNTER ROLLER (2) through which the moving film passes PNEUMATIC SYSTEM that moves the counter roller (2) toward the embossing cylinders to enable or disable embossing PENETRATION ADJUSTMENT SYSTEM FOR NEEDLES using 2 micrometer screws (4) TRANSFER SYSTEM (optional) consisting of two steel idler rollers (3)
