IntroductionThe HONPINE MYBR-E Series right-angle (90°) planetary gearbox is engineered for medium-to-large industrial machinery that requires high output torque, flexible reduction ratios and compact installation. Available in six frame sizes (MYBR-E070 to MYBR-E155), it covers gear ratios from 3:1 to 200:1 and rated output torque from 40 N·m to 2000 N·m for light- to heavy-duty servo applications.
Design and performanceThe compact 90° configuration maximizes installation options while delivering high transmission efficiency, controlled backlash (≤6 arcmin single-stage; ≤9 arcmin two-stage), defined torsional rigidity and extended service life. Rated and maximum input speeds depend on frame (e.g. MYBR-E070: nominal up to 5,000 rpm, max 10,000 rpm). Efficiency: up to 95% (single-stage) and up to 92% (two-stage).
