Overview
HONPINE MYAR Series precision planetary gearbox is engineered for industrial motion control, offering a balance of accuracy, efficiency and configurability. Available in seven frame sizes (42–220 mm), single-stage ratios from 3:1 to 20:1 and multi-stage options up to 200:1. Rated output torque ranges from 14 Nm to 2,000 Nm. Backlash options and high transmission efficiency make the series suitable for servo motors, automation, CNC, packaging, conveyors, printing and OEM systems.

  • Frame sizes: 42, 60, 90, 115, 142, 180, 220 mm.
  • Reduction ratios: 1-stage 3:1–20:1; multi-stage up to 200:1 (stage-dependent).
  • Rated output torque: approx. 14–2,000 Nm (model and ratio dependent).
  • Maximum output torque: up to ≈3× rated (size-dependent).
  • Efficiency: up to ≤95% (single-stage); up to ≤92% (two-stage ranges).
  • Backlash grades: P0 (ultra-precision) ≤2 arcmin (where applicable, single-stage); P1/P2 options with higher values.
  • Rated/max input speed examples: MYAR042/MYAR060 up to 5,000 rpm (rated) / 10,000 rpm (max); larger sizes have lower limits (see datasheet).
