The TPS-BM70053KTIF-S is a bidirectional three-phase AC-DC power module engineered for flexible high-power energy conversion. Rated at 53 kW with a 700 VDC output, it employs soft switching technology to minimize switching losses, operates with no neutral line current and supports 2 ms fast switching between modes. The unit accepts 342–460 VAC (rated 380/400/415 VAC) and achieves high efficiency (96% AC→DC, 95% DC→AC) with power factor >0.99 and THDi <5%. Modular architecture, forced-air cooling and integrated CAN/RS485 communications enable straightforward integration, maintenance and monitoring. Compact dimensions (435×86×600 mm) and weight ≤23 kg make it suitable for industrial applications such as battery PACK aging tests and energy recycling.
