OverviewThe TPS-BM63053KTIT is a three-phase bidirectional AC‑DC power module designed for industrial high-power energy conversion. It supports both AC→DC and DC→AC modes with soft-switching technology, delivering efficiencies up to 96% (AC→DC) and 95% (DC→AC).
