The TruPunch 3000 is a compact, high-throughput punching machine for productive punching, forming and scratch‑free processing. Available with the fully electric DeltaDrive as standard or with a DeltaDrive Performance package. Compact footprint enables multi‑shift operation with automation options such as SheetMaster and SortMaster Compact. Descending die and brush/ball tables protect sheet surfaces.

Delta Drive (key technology)
Patented DeltaDrive enables a moving punch head that performs fast back‑and‑forth 'fly' movements, eliminating the need to move the sheet/support table in the Y axis. The electric punch drive saves energy compared with hydraulic systems. Offered as standard or as a DeltaDrive Performance package for higher output.

Processing and quality functions

• Descending die: low‑scratch punching and forming while preventing part catching.
• Integrated flattening: levels surface irregularities during punching to reduce post‑processing.
• Table options: ball tables or brush tables for gentle material handling.
• Part removal and sorting: large part flap and sorting function for automated unloading; intermediate buffers and multiple boxes available.
• Smart Punch Monitoring: verifies actual hole formation and detects broken punches to avoid rejects.
