Product overviewThe SIMPORTER continuous ship unloader is a twin-belt mechanical unloader designed for high-volume import terminals and heavy-duty ship unloading. With capacities up to 1500 tph, the SIMPORTER gently extracts bulk product from vessels using a vertical digging leg and a fully enclosed feeding system to minimize dust emissions and product degradation.
Key features- Designed for big annual import tonnage — Largest unit in the mechanical unloader range, suitable for terminals handling very high throughput and multiple-unit installations.
- High-reliability twin-belt system with airboxes — Twin-belt technology sandwiches the product inside airbox closures to reduce friction during vertical conveyance.
- Lowest energy consumption per ton — Reduced friction in the vertical leg and simple belt design on horizontal runs result in low power use compared to other mechanical unloaders.
- Minimal product breakage — Non-contact conveying with belts ensures gentle handling and lower breakage than chain- or screw-based systems.
- Hydraulic power pack — Integrated hydraulic unit for precise positioning and controlled heavy-duty movements.
