Description

Product overview
The VIGAN pneumatic grain pump is a mobile and portable unloader designed for versatile grain handling applications. The mobile machine creates vacuum using a unique VIGAN multi-stage turbo-blower to suck a mix of cargo and air through suction pipes; the product and air are then separated and the product is discharged via a VIGAN airlock. Depending on the application separation is performed either by a cyclone or by a dust filter equipped with filtering sleeves. The product can optionally be blown with the turbo-blower air exhaust through loading piping to its next destination.

Key features
  • Efficient and reliable solution - Mobile design uses the same technologies as larger VIGAN ship unloaders. Installed equipment is easy to maintain and sourced from quality E.U. suppliers.
  • Design, assembly and test in our factory - Equipment is fully designed, manufactured, assembled and tested in-house, allowing integrated quality control for both small and large machines.
  • Easy and simple - Machines are delivered pre-equipped and pre-tested for straightforward commissioning; operations and maintenance are simple and the units offer operational flexibility.
