Our production system has high flexibility and efficiency, allowing for the free assembly of screw components according to the type of raw materials to meet diverse needs. The system uses appropriate die heads for water ring cutting, underwater cutting, or hot surface cutting to ensure the accuracy of product stacking. The equipped high-efficiency forced feeder can stabilize large capacity feeding while reducing energy consumption. The main screw design has a vacuum exhaust function, effectively eliminating gases and improving product quality. In addition, the combination of water ring granulator and dryer ensures the uniformity and dryness of the particles. Single screw extruders use specially designed screws, barrels, and ventilation systems to ensure the stability of the material extrusion process and the excellent quality of the final product. Finally, standard cutting was carried out through extrusion molds, resulting in uniform cutting and regular product shapes, meeting customers’ expectations for high-quality products.
