XPS EPE EPS Plastic Foam Recycling Pelletizing Machine With Agglomerator is a reliable and efficient solution for plastics films, raffias, filaments, bags, woven bags and foaming materials re-pelletizing. Final productions produced by PNHS system are in the form of pellets/ granules, can directly put into the production line for film blowing, pipe extrusion and plastics injection, etc. Application: - XPS EPE EPS Plastic Foam Recycling Pelletizing Machine is a one-stage plastic regenerative pelletizer, suitable for many kinds of plastic waste materials recycling and making pellets, such as XPS EPE EPS Plastic Foam, PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE Film and clean woven/nonwoven bag materials, etc. The plastic foam can be pressed into the compressor and then pelletized. Process flow: - Conveying feeding → Metal detector → Foam Agglomerator /Compactor → Degassing single screw extruder → Hydraulic filter exchanger → Mould head → Water ring cutting → Dewatering machine → Air dryer Blowing system → Storage hopper → Finished product packing. Components: 1. Conveyor: conveys XPS EPE EPS plastic foam or flakes into the compactor. 2. XPS EPE EPS plastic foam agglomerator /compactor: crushes and compresses film, and feeds compressed film into extruder forcibly, to make the production capacity high and stable. 3. Extruding system: plasticizes material and exhausts gas. 4. High-speed Net exchanging system and Die-head: filters material impurity, to make production more stable. 5. Water ring pelletizing machine: cuts pellets in water. 6. Water tank: cools pellets. 7. Dewater machine: dries pellets. 8. Vibration sieve: removes bad pellets and keeps good pellets. 9. Air Blower: conveys good pellets into the silo. 10. Storage silo: keeps pellets. Features: 1. Allows free assembling of the screw component, based on raw material type. 2. Uses a suitable die head for pelletizing, such as water ring cutting, under-water cutting and hot face cutting. 3. High efficient force feeder ensures stable high capacity material feeding and low power consumption. 4. Main screw has vacuum exhaustion. 5. Water ring granulator machine, attached with dryer. 6. Single screw extruder, with a specially designed screw, barrel, and venting system, ensures the good quality of the final products. 7. Pelletizing style: standard cutting with extrusion mould. Even cutting ensures good shape.
