Description

Putting the waste into the machine pot body makes the material be quickly cut by the high-speed rotating blade and the fixed blade shear. The material moves along the pot body wall by centrifugal force, while being turned up and down by the paddle, moving towards the center. Friction between the material, pot wall, and blades produces heat, raising the temperature to a half-plastic condition and forming small lumps. Before blocking occurs, quantitative water is sprayed onto the material. The cold water gasifies upon contact with the hot material, quickly cooling the surface and preventing blockage. The rotary and fixed blades then crush the material into irregular particles. It can process waste or thin film of soft PVC, high and low-pressure polyethylene, polypropylene, polystyrene, and other thermoplastics, as well as foaming polystyrene products for granulation. - Working Principle: Waste is placed into the pot body, quickly cut by high-speed rotating and fixed blades, and moved by centrifugal force and paddles. Friction generates heat, raising the temperature to a semi-plastic state, forming small lumps. Water is sprayed to cool the material and prevent blockage, then the material is crushed into particles.
