The One-dimensional in-plane Magnetic Field Probe Station DX1PS1 provides controlled in-plane magnetic fields for electrical and microwave measurements on small samples. It integrates real-time magnetic field monitoring and programmable sample rotation to support anisotropy and magnetotransport testing.
Key features- Delivers uniform in-plane magnetic field suitable for sensitive electrical and microwave measurements
- Real-time field monitoring with high accuracy, fine resolution and feedback control
- Adjustable air gap (0–70 mm) to accommodate different sample setups
- Programmable in-plane rotation (360°) for automated anisotropy and magnetoresistance measurements
- Supports DC and high-frequency measurements: up to 4 DC probe sets and at least 1 microwave probe; needle penetration angle up to 45°
