Description

Overview

The DXTPS4V Cryogenic Probe Station integrates ultra-low temperature control (4.2 K–350 K) with a superconducting solenoid (±2.5 T) in a cryogen-free platform for electrical and magnetic characterization of materials and devices. It is designed for advanced research in condensed matter physics, materials science and quantum device testing. Key features include a stainless-steel vacuum chamber with viewport, multi-channel temperature control, triaxial probe arms and a high-stability bipolar magnet power supply.
