- Color: White
- Properties: Ultra-high vacuum compatibility (10^-8 to 10^-9 mbar.l/s)
Good dielectric strength (13KV/mm in AC and 42KV/mm in DC)
Four ceramic rings are used in one image intensifier tube.
Each metallized ceramic ring serves not only as a part of the electrode conductive path, but also as a mechanical positioning and vacuum holding function. The rings are often precisely bonded through brazing or metal support structures to form a cylindrical main structure.
Functional:
- Realize electrode cascade and electric field distribution.
- Support components such as photocathodes, MCPs, and phosphorescent screens.
- Maintain vacuum packaging and mechanical stability.
Applications:
- Head-mounted night vision
- Spectrometers
- Medical imaging devices
- Surveillance cameras
Innovacera specializes in metallized ceramics for more than 13 years.
Our advantages:
- Existing samples for testing
