Burst-Tel provides a simple and effective means of identifying when a bursting disk functions. It comprises a polyamide membrane onto which is bonded an insulated, electrically conductive path mounted between supporting rings.
Installed on the vent side of the bursting disc device, Burst-Tel is activated by fluid flow when the bursting disc functions, causing the conductive path to break and give an open-circuit signal. Following the disc burst, Burst-Tel is simply replaced along with the bursting disc. |

Honeywell's closed loop current sensors consist of a Hall-effect sensor mounted in an air gap of a magnetic core, a coil wound around the core and a current amplifier. The current carrying conductor placed through the aperture of the sensor produces a magnetic field that is proportional to the current. The core concentrates the magnetic field which is measured by the Hall sensor. The Hall sensor is connected to the input of the current amplifier, which drives the coil. The current through the coil produces an opposing field to that provided by the current through the aperture. The magnetic flux in the sensor core is constantly controlled at zero. The amount of current required to balance zero flux is the measure of the primary current flowing through the conductor, multiplied by the number of turns on the coil. This current can be expressed as a voltage by passing it through a resistor. Variety of package styles available.
Best Used For:
Applications requiring high linearity and accuracy, fast response and low temperature drift such as variable speed drives, overcurrent protection, current feedback control systems, robotics and welding power supplies.

We provide combined density and sound velocity sensors for the continuous online measurement of 3-component liquids. The sensors determine the velocity of sound and density of the liquids and send measurements to the mPDS 2000 V3 evaluation unit for automatic conversion into specific gravity, °Brix, % alcohol, % H2SO4, API gravity and many other concentration readings.
The sensors have a very short response time, allowing you to react immediately to the results and save money by preventing out-of-spec product.
Different materials are available. There are 3A models and intriniscally safe "I" models. All our sensors are designed for rough conditions in the process environment. There are no moving parts and the complete system is CIP compatible. |

These Hall-effect digital position sensors provide contactless measurement with no moving parts. Magnetic actuation types include unipolar, bipolar and bipolar latch. Housing material is plastic or aluminum. These reliable, high speed and long life sensors are directly compatible with other electronic circuits. They are fully packaged and ready for installation. Available in a range of termination types.
Best Used For:
Speedometer input, engine timing, transmission input/output, traction and chassis control, wheel speed systems and RPM indication.

Non-contact magnetic sensors that measure the distortion of magnetic fields and thus provide precise measurements of speed and direction. Output #1 is digital square wave and measures the speed of target wheel or gear. Output #2 is a DC level that when the target wheel rotates clockwise, the output signal # 2 produces logic High, and when the target wheel rotates industrial counter clockwise, the output signal # 2 produces logic low. Output signal #1 will be 50% duty cycle with proper alignment of sensor and target gear.

The density transducers from Anton Paar continuously check the quality and specifications of liquids during production. The transducers work according to the highly accurate U-tube method and transmit measuring signals to the evaluation unit mPDS 1000 or mPDS 2000V3 for automatic conversion into specific gravity, °Brix, % Alcohol, % H2SO4 and many other concentration readings.
DTR industrial transmitters use the same measuring pinciple, but have an integrated circuit board for temperature compensation and simple concentration calculation. The measuring result is provided as a 4 to 20mA current signal. A separate mPDS evaluation unit is not required. The DTR Transmitters can also be integrated into a Profibus network (PA or DP).
The sensors have a very short response time, allowing you to react immediately to the results and save money by preventing out-of-spec products. The measuring results are accurate even when there is fluctuation in the sample temperature. |

The rotation sensor type DDR can be used in any rotating machines (convoying bands, cup elevators, live of convoying) and reports over/underspeed or untimely stops. It consists of a compact unit with an integrated inductiv, which makes the solution easy to install, dustproof and human safe.
It is directly fixed to the tail shaft of the rotating machine, which avoids any inductiv damage.
The DDR is then robust and requires no adjustment.
Is can supply 2 versions: pulses output or inductiv relay output.
