- Bülte Plastics is extending its range of polyamide (nylon) bushings with reinforced collar for its six M5, M6, M8, M10, M12 and M16 models.
- The reinforced collar (1 mm to 6 mm depending on the reference) is now available on all of our 5 to 50 mm long bushings (in 1 mm increments). Bülte Plastics now carries a wider selection of over 1,000 sizes to cover all of your bushing needs.
- Specially designed to provide even better holding power, these flanged rings can be used to protect assemblies from damage. Made of polyamide, a plastic with excellent mechanical properties (wear resistance, low friction coefficient, high melting point and good impact resistance), they are the ideal noise-free solution for rotating and pivoting parts and effectively protect surfaces. Lightweight, clean and with insulating properties, Bülte Plastics' polyamide bushings also lend themselves to food and medical applications.
- Bülte Plastics' standard bushings are made of natural polyamide. Other materials (PE, POM, PVDF, etc.) and colours (black, red, blue, etc.) can be substituted on request. Contact us about our special slotted, fully insulating and custom bushings.

TYPE: DD
STANDARD COLOUR: Red
The oval shape of the pull ring ensures a good hold on the plugs. As the pull rings lay tight to the plug, they are not easily dislodged when tubes are bundled. Ergo-Line type DD can be removed easily and quickly by using two fingers and no tools. It is recommended for several applications as rubber industrial hoses, air condition systems, manufacturers of heat exchanger, etc. |

Basically, these plugs are the same as PF 56, but a tab has been added to make it easier to remove the plugs after use. Some plug sizes meet the requirements of standard SAE J2044. The diameter given is not that of the plug itself but is the nominal size of the pipe for which the plugs are suitable. |
