DuoRam - Hydr. Single-Ram-Lifts
The original version of all lifts, invented in 1924, is the single-ram underfloor lift, which is still of great importance in modern workshops. In certain areas it is the only one to provide ideal working conditions.
To mention just a few of them, e.g the washing bay, the pre-paint area and the numerous repair works that require the vehicle to be freely accessible from all sides.
The new developed DuoRam combines all advantages of a single-ram lift and of a two-ram lift. Two hydraulic cylinders - which building two independing units - grant that the lifted vehicled is safe lifted even in case of failure in one hydraulic circuit. Optimised arrangement of two compact combined guide bars generate a torsion and bending rigidity which is unknow until now.
This innovative lift accomplishes the DIN en 1493 (for vehicles lifts) through its redundant safety system - because safety comes first!
Different support pieces ensure the specific use of this lift, which is simple, yet solid and easy to service - made in JAB quality, it's an investment for decades

Elevated work platforms are often used for the assembly of large machines, in the car industry, airplane manufacture and generally for any work at variable or adjustable heights.
Elevated work platforms comply with EN 280 norm.
Particularly stable thanks to their design, they give their users the possibility to work at the correct height, safely, for long hours, almost as if they were working on the ground. |

The type-approved containers for overhead maintenance are lifted with a forklift truck, guaranteeing maximum operator safety. They are also fitted with a tool tray.

Anyone familiar with Skyjack's world class Rough Terrain scissor lifts will recognize the axle based 4WD system. There are no wheel motors or torque hubs, and as a result there are no hydraulic hoses left unprotected from job site hazards and the number of potential hydraulic leak sites are reduced. The axle based 4WD system offers unsurpassed traction and terrainability; using a 'Detroit Locker' type differential on the rear axle and limited slip differential (sometimes referred to as Posi-trac) on the front oscillating axle, ensures the least amount of power loss when one or more of the wheels lose traction.
Skyjack's hallmark control and electrical systems, together with an axle based 4WD system, are only a few examples of how Skyjack keeps serviceability and life cycle costs in mind. These models are also packed full of innovative, service friendly features, such as the unique central grease points at the rear of the turret for quick and easy maintenance, as well as easy to adjust (and lock) rotation deflection adjustment located inside the engine side cabinet. | JLG’s vertical personnel lifts are the smallest aerial work platforms in the entire range. Provided to meet the needs of applications where space is limited and the floor load is restricted. The lifts are designed to have a minimum footprint area and can be set up quickly so there is little delay for you to start on the task ahead. The personnel lifts consist of a work platform attached to an aluminum mast that extends vertically. Platforms vary in size and capacity but all carry one person (some models carry two) with optional attachments to carry tools and materials with ease.
