Compared to the traditional handling devices such as hoists and pneumatic manipulators, the Intelligent Assist Devices by Scaglia Indeva provide relevant advantages:
Precise positioning of the load as they allow for accurate and rapid movements, while traditional handling devices overtravel, bounce and require lots of little corrective movements that reduce productivity.
Intuitive control: It features the “float mode” control or “hands on manipulation”, without actuating the control handle. It makes the most of the natural human ability to coordinate and control motion, thus allowing for a more intuitive control that means a more precise and quicker positioning of the load, especially when this has to be placed in a narrow target as gently as possible.
Improved ergonomics and no effort required. Thanks to the microprocessor based control, the system supplies energy to win inertia both during acceleration and braking.
Speed: IADs respond swiftly, yet smoothly to human touch; the operator notices no time lapse between the machine’s sensing and its response.

The frame construction of the loader is made of a robust pillar with a vertically mobile trolley. The trolley carries 2 swivelling arms with a loading head mounted on them. The head consists of 8 sections, each equipped with bell-shaped grippers. An infeed bottle table (conveyor) with railing and pressure limiters is also a part of the loader. When enough full bottles gather on an accumulation table, they are picked together in the whole layer and loaded into prepared crates. The machine´s equipment also includes an infeed crate conveyor, accumulation table, which forms crates into loading pattern, and loading frame.
Application: Loading glass bottles into plastic crates.
Advantages: Very robust and compact machine for high-performance loading. Minimum space requirements.

Hoist point Zasche Z-Top spin
The Z-Top spin is a hoist point to pneumatic controls, used for the ergonomic displacement of loads in the vertical direction. It perment a rigid guidance of the load and a position offset of this one compared to the cart. The Z-Top spin is d%u2019une use very comfortable, the control of the movements being able to be done with the hand. The Z-Top spin consists of profiles out of aluminum, d%u2019où a low mass and an easy handling.
Guidance is a guidance d%u2019acier duricé and sharpened in the capacity as machine tools. Thanks to cart with linear ball bearings lifting can be carried out by simple manual push.
The mechanism uses a mobile pneumatic cylinder.
