The JET-Star is the “Workhorse” of electric,

This new pump complies with the European ATEX CE atex II 2 GD IICT4 (Tf<120°C) standard. It is designed to transfer the water, oil, gasoil, petrol and certain solvents in a potentially explosive atmosphere.
The pump includes a 300 micron filter in stainless steel, which protects it from all external intrusion.
It is delivered with an earth cable and a clamp, the connection of which provides electrostatic conductivity.
In the barrel emptying version, it is equipped with 304L stainless steel tube with a outlet size allowing connection to a barrel or to a tank.
It is supplied with a hose for hydrocarbons or solvents that is able to conduct static electricity.
A stainless steel valve with a stainless steel pouring lip are delivered as standard. This can be replaced by a manual dispensing pistol in nickel brass.

Fluid-engineering system elements with a high degree of integration.
Thanks to their compact construction, fluid-engineering systems for single and double-action armatures can be installed directly on the drive without pipe work and in any installed location, and they achieve high protection classes since the motor is encased.

GT18 Power Units are small and compact featuring a single 5 or 8 gpm (20 or 30 lpm) tool circuit.
HPR Power Units are small and compact and feature either one 5 or 10 gpm (20 or 38 lpm) tool circuit or a twin 5 gpm (20 lpm) tool circuit combinable to a single 10 gpm (38 lpm) circuit.
The HV18 Hydraulic Converter is a portable hydraulic system that gets its power from the hydraulic system of a skidsteer loader, backhoe or any hydraulic source that can produce a minimum of 13 gpm (49 lpm) @ 2000-3000 psi (138-206 bar). The Converter then provides controlled and clean power to the tool with oil cooling. The HV18 Converter contains some of the hardware and design features of our "state-of-the-art" power units without the engine.

The HP pump is a single acting hand operated pump made of stainless steel W.St.1.4301 making it particularly applicable within the food industry and in environmentally sensitive areas, designed for both oil and water hydraulics.
Application
The pump is designed for simple lifting functions and is used e.g. together with stainless hydraulic cylinders on work platforms and lifting tables or as a standby pump.
Specificationers
The HP pump is equipped with a built-in check and relief valve and is as standard. Available with built-in fluid reservoir and mounting plate.The fluid reservoir has a standard capacity of 0.7 litres, but can be made to suit individual demands.
Vertical installation
Please notice, the hand pump may only be installed in a vertical position.
Filling of reservoir
Oil hydraulics
Fill 0,7 litres of oil in the reservoir, oil viscosity 17 or 22.
Water hydraulics
Fill 0,7 litres of water (tap water) in the reservoir.
When using the pump in an area with risk of frost fill in a mix of min. 30% glycol and 70% water.
