Bellows metering pumps operate on a positive displacement principle. Pumps are designed to displace both corrosive and non corrosive fluids. Accurate and repeatable to 0.5% from stroke to stroke, when pump is set 50% to 100% of full stroke. Dry run capability, self priming, and no dynamic seals. Discharge pressure is maintained over the entire flow range of the pump. Poppet valves are utilized to prevent backflow; and springs are available to provide a positive shutoff, preventing siphoning through the pump in applications where a positive suction head exists.
Typical applications include film and x-ray processors, silver recovery systems, wafer and silicon chip washers and processors, detergent dispensers, blood analyzing equipment, industrial floor scrubbers, thermo therapy equipment, waste removal systems, and wastewater and water treatment systems.

Full plastic Pnematic Pumps for transfer and suitable for all fluids, even the most corrosive. The parts in contact with the liquid are fluoropolymers (PTFE / PFA). This range is ideal when used in the distribution and packaging of products highly corrosive and aggressive (type HCL, HF, SOCl2; TFA, Slurry, PIC, ...). Similarly, these pumps are particularly suited for applications requiring a low level of particulate and ionic contamination (pharmaceutical contamination measures, dosages of rennet in the manufacture of cheese, ...) Distribution of 1 to 100l/mn; Determination until to 10l/mn.
Availaible in 2 versions :

Corrosion resistant, multi-purpose pump
Manufactured using a combination of polypropylene and synthetic rubber, the pumps in this series can handle acids, alkalis, and various corrosive chemical solutions. Furthermore, capable of dry run operation and self-priming, these pumps can be used for multiple purposes as desired.
Leakage-free, safe structure
Since the pumps in this series are free of shaft seal, there is no trouble caused by liquid leakage. Also, the pump has its motor protected with a cover.
Superior durability
The specially designed bellows, molded as a single body, can ensure tens of millions of expansion and contraction cycles. Combined with its rugged drive mechanism, the pump provides superior durability.
Wide range of discharge capacity
The pump provides three types of flow rates by changing its bellows. Moreover, if the pump is a multi-head type, proportionate injection of several different liquids is also possible.

The Micro Pumps are used frequently in the fields of analysis and medicine.
CONCEPT
The Micro Diaphragm Gas Sampling Pumps from KNF
are based on a simple principal - an elastic diaphragm,
fixed on its edge, moves up and down its central point
by means of an eccentric. In this way the medium is
transferred using automatic valves.
The range of KNF Micro Pumps is for the equipped with the patented stress-optimised structured diaphragm, resulting in a high pneumatic performance, a durable product and compact size. New, very efficient
valves and sealing systems as well as the precise placement of the pump head are some of the other technical features we can offer.
For pump drive we provide a selection of dc motors with
various levels of performance, durability and price.
AREAS OF USE
KNF Micro Diaphragm Pumps are used frequently in the
fields of analysis and medicine.
For instance as pumps for gas measurement, for
example for sampling environmental conditions in the
workplace, or for exhaust gas and smoke analysis or
built into machines for measuring blood pressure.
As they are dc driven, the micro diaphragm pumps are
suited for use in portable and stand-alone equipment

VACUUBRAND's aluminum design diaphragm pump is a perfect match for many applications in the laboratory and operations because it is oil-free and whisper quiet, and because it requires so little service. Diaphragms have especially long lives, and hermetically seal the drive space from the pumping chamber to protect mechanical parts from corrosion. The pumps achieve their distinctively high performance from high pumping chamber volume relative to the minimal dead space. Highly flexible FPM double diaphragms with fabric reinforcement guarantee an extremely long diaphragm lifetime. The pumps operate absolutely oil free and do not have any sliding components on the vapor side; in normal operation they are completely free of abrasion. Besides contributing to the long service intervals, the lack of abrasion also eliminates most of the particulate impurities frequently generated on the vacuum side of scroll or piston pumps.
- innovative connections in the new NT models ensure very low leak rates for excellent flow rates under vacuum and long-term performance stability, even after thousands of hours of service.
- no abrasion, making it dust- and contamination-free
- long diaphragm and valve lifetimes: made of highly flexible FPM, with fabric-reinforced double diaphragms for improved long term stability
- new patented drive support system in NT pump models provide for uniquely quiet, low-vibration operation
