Ransco’s vertical design and one piece construction conserves valuable floor space without sacrificing ease of operation. Product is moved from cold to hot zone chambers by a pneumatically operated elevator with adjustable transfer speeds. For safety the fan, elevator and conditioning systems shut off automatically when the door is opened. Uniform horizontal airflow insures proper heat transfer, excellent thermal gradient and the rapid temperature recovery rates critical for maximum throughput and proper test performance. All of Ransco’s systems are equipped with high-efficiency, water-cooled mechanical.

The revolution in the world of environmental technology!
The operating philosophy of the new WK3 is to enable users to access operating and control functions as well as to provide manual access to processes quickly and conveniently all over the world. The standard WK3 is equipped with the large 12" TFT touch screen monitor for convenient and easy operation. Furthermore, the chambers are equipped with an illuminated CONTROLPAD* that permanently displays the current operating state and the operating parameters. Users thus have a clear view of all important processes and can complete their work just using their fingertips.
Authorized users have access at all times to the current application via the integrated network interface and the webserver on the Internet and thus get the feeling that they are standing right in front of the unit.
The technical features of the new WK3 generation have also been optimised. Manufacturers place great importance on a high level of operational reliability and performance of their products. The WK3 is in the position, to maintain all climate parameters during continuous operation - e.g. at 85°C/85% relative humidity, even under exceptional conditions, e.g. midsummer outdoor temperatures or extreme climatic conditions inside the product.

Series VTS and VCS
These systems designed on the basis of the well-proven modules of the VT and VC series with enhanced heating, cooling and air circulating efficiency, create the required high temperature changing rates on test specimens and, if necessary, in combination with electrical stress. These systems quickly reveal weak points in the design, material and production of electronic assemblies.
Moreover, the VCS series allows the realization of all customary test standards. Special attention has been given to a design offering satisfactory heat compensation.

During the ESS test, the productsare subject to precisely defined stress so that defects in components and PCBs can be detected before leaving the manufacturer's plant.
