Peiseler tables are available as NC units with backlash adjustable split worm drive, direct drive, or indexing units positioning over Hirth gears. The axis of rotation is vertical and the faceplate is horizontal. The high quality Meehanite-casting, distortion free axis clamping, manifolds with hardened steel shaft running in bronze bushings, as well as the appropriate selection from several types of high grade bearings, assures the highest possible precision. Diverse gear ratios or gear reducers allow for the optimal adaptation to any load condition. The use of very accurate measuring systems in combination with a high mechanical accuracy, results in only a few seconds of arc positioning deviation. The robust design enables simultaneous four axis machining even under heavy machining load. Special face plates, pallet-receivers, collets, and large through holes are available or can be designed to meet customer requirements.

The base table of the Peiseler satellite systems is a non-lifting Hirth coupling table with the housing size of up to 1,600 mm and table top up to 3,500 mm in diameter. The case hardened Hirth coupling is precision ground in one set-up. The satellites are available as Hirth coupling indexers, NC rotary units with backlash adjustable split worm drive or direct drive. Hydraulic fluid is supplied to the satellites and fixtures through controlled manifolds, or by couplings that can be connected and disconnected under pressure. Computer Controlled Precision Rotary Stage
We offer a fine rotary stage with micrometer screw. Fine motion range is 15° with resoliution of 1 arcmin. For coarse adjustment release the fixing screw and turn the platform. The platform has mounting holes M6, M4. Precision rotary stage has an aperture M30x1 with clear aperture of 25 mm. Two retaining rings with 1 inch clear aperture are incliuded. To close the platform's aperture you can thread in an insert platform (included) with a centered clearance hole and M6, M4 holes. Pecision rotary stage can be fastened horizontally and vertically using M6 screws.
