HIGH-PRECISION NON-INTRUSIVE FLOW MEASUREMENT FOR DEMANDING INDUSTRIAL ENVIRONMENTS

The Time Delta-C fixed ultrasonic flowmeter with FSV IP67 converter is designed for continuous measurement of homogeneous liquids in full pipes, without drilling or interrupting the process. Thanks to its transit-time difference technology, advanced digital signal processing, and robust IP67 design, it delivers reliable, accurate, and long-lasting performance for a wide range of industrial applications.

  • Fixed converter with IP67 protection rating
  • Measurement accuracy of ±1.0% for flow velocity greater than or equal to 2 m/s
  • Fast response time of 0.2 seconds in high-speed mode
  • Suitable for homogeneous liquids such as service water, wastewater, industrial water, seawater, pure water, irrigation water, or oil
  • Fluid temperature range from -40 °C to 200 °C depending on the sensor
  • 4-20 mA analog output, contact outputs, and totalizing pulse output
  • Optional RS-485 Modbus communication
  • Backlit LCD display with simple operator interface
  • Power supply: 100 to 240 V AC, 50/60 Hz, or 20 to 30 V DC
  • Wall mounting or pipe mounting
  • Clamp-on sensors suitable for pipe sizes from 13 to 6000 mm depending on the sensor model
