Description

The RSI 1K-F31 series of railway DC-AC inverters use field-proven microprocessor controlled high frequency PWM technology to deliver up to 1000VA pure sine wave output voltage. High frequency conversion enables high efficiency, compact construction and low weight. The DC-AC inverters meet the requirements of EN50155 for electronic equipment used on railway rolling stock and are suitable for a broad range of on-board and trackside railway applications. A heavy-duty industrial grade version of this design, the CSI 1K-F31 series, is available for operation in industrial automation, mining, military, marine, telecom, utility and other extreme environments. Key Specifications for Railway version 1000VA, DC-AC sine wave inverter; Output: 115Vac continuous at 60Hz or 400Hz, or 230Vac continuous at 50Hz; Input: 24Vdc, 36Vdc, 48Vdc, 72Vdc, 96Vdc, 110Vdc or custom, with wide EN50155 input ranges; EMI: EN55022 Class A with margins; Cooling: by baseplate to a cold plate surface and by natural convection; Operating temperature range:-25°C to +50°C for full spec.; Full electronic protection; Typical efficiency at full load: min. 80%; Heavy ruggedizing; Internal boards conformal coated;
