Product overview
The CTP 6K-48/600-2X3U7 is a modular 6 kVA DC-AC sine wave inverter series providing three-phase 600 Vrms (L-L) continuous output from a nominal 48 Vdc input (operating range 42–60 Vdc). Microprocessor-controlled high-frequency conversion produces a pure sinusoidal AC output with industrial-grade performance and full electronic protection.

Mechanical construction
The series is composed of two heavy-duty 3U7 modules (2x3U7 configuration) for chassis-mount or 19in rack-mount installations. Modules interconnect via cables and connectors. Typical assembled dimensions for 2x3U7 chassis-mount (6U): 10.5 x 17 x 15 in (267 x 432 x 382 mm). For 2x3U7 19in rack-mount (6U): 10.5 x 19 x 15 in (267 x 483 x 382 mm).

EMI, safety and electronic protection
Input and output circuits are filtered for low conducted emissions; the input configuration meets EN 55032 Class A with margin. The system is designed to comply with UL 458 and EN 61010-1. Built-in electronic protections include inrush current limiting, reverse polarity protection, 2250 Vdc input-to-chassis isolation, output current limiting with short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown with automatic recovery. Optional features: remote shutdown/enable and Form C output-fail alarm.

Cooling
High-quality internal fans provide required airflow for operation from 0°C to +50°C at full specification. Air is drawn into the unit and exhausted at the terminal side. Wider ambient temperature options are available as variants.
