Product features

• Gray iron crankcase: forged steel crankshaft, gray iron crosshead guide, bronze thrust bearing, tri-metal main bearings.
• Ductile iron crosshead: alloy steel crosshead pin.
• Forged steel connecting rod: bronze crosshead pin bushing, tri-metal connecting rod bearing, grade 8 stress bolts.

Innovative cylinders
Ariel cylinders are designed to operate across wide pressure ranges using valves that balance reliability and performance. Cylinder options cover the horsepower and rod-load capability of each frame and can be combined in numerous configurations to deliver the required gas volume and pressure. Ariel 7 performance software is used to model and design compressor configurations for specific applications.
