Product Features
Full Pressure Lubrication
A frame-driven lube oil pump supplies cooled oil through a full-flow oil filter to all frame moving components. A divider-block system meters oil to cylinder bores and rod packings.

Heavy-Duty Crankshafts
Crankshafts are forged steel, precision-machined with integral counterweights manufactured by Ariel Corporation for the JGR frame.

High-Strength Bolting
Grade 8 bolting on loaded joints and fatigue-resistant bolts on valve caps provide secure fastening across the frame.

Innovative Cylinders
Ariel cylinders are versatile across wide pressure ranges using valves that balance reliability and performance. For each frame size, cylinder options fully utilize available horsepower and rod load. Cylinders can be combined in numerous configurations; Ariel 7 performance software is used for modeling and configuration design.
