The Hysis 2.0 feed conditioner heats mixed feed particles up to 95 °C to support microbial control and improve conditioning prior to pelleting or extrusion. The mixing tool geometry minimises product residues. The Hymix Plus option can preheat 100% of the feed mash and reduce start-up time by up to 60%, significantly reducing recycling and waste.
