Description

Overview
The Mondomix Mondotherm is a scraped-surface heat exchanger designed for continuous heating or cooling of viscous liquids and liquid products containing small particles that are unsuitable for plate or tubular exchangers.

How it works
The product is fed to the vessel bottom, pumped upward while a rotating scraper continuously removes build-up from the jacketed wall. Heat is transferred through the jacket to perform controlled heating or cooling before the product exits at the top.
