Overview
Copley JVi Series provides a laboratory solution for routine measurement of tapped density of powders, granules and similar bulk solids. The series supports all three methods specified in the European Pharmacopoeia and USP for tapped density and delivers integrated calculations including bulk density, tapped density, Hausner ratio and compressibility index.

Product variants

• JV 120i — single-station tapped density system supporting Methods 1, 2 and 3.
• JV 220i — double-station tapped density system supporting Methods 1, 2 and 3 (for some test methods only one station should be used at a time).

JV 120i — Details
Single-station system for routine tapped density testing in laboratory and QC environments. Supports all associated attachments for Methods 1, 2 and 3 and includes automated weighing functionality for efficient sample processing. Touchscreen control displays set and actual test parameters and test progress.

JV 220i — Details
Two-station configuration offering parallel testing capability while retaining the same core functionality as the JV 120i. Compatible with optional automation modules such as the Powder Testing Assistant (PTA) and Powder Testing Workstation (PTW) to extend powder flow and density test techniques.
