The Powder Testing Assistant PTA 100i is an all-in-one software solution designed to optimise powder test methods. Combined with the Powder Testing Workstation™ (PTW), the PTA 100i guides users through each test method, automates calculations, captures real-time weight from a connected balance, includes an integrated timer and offers versatile reporting options to streamline workflows, reduce transcription errors and improve data integrity.

User interface / Screens

Reporting and connectivity
Extensive reporting capabilities are provided, with export options including RS-232 and USB and direct printing support. The system is designed to reduce transcription errors by automating calculations and capturing data directly from connected balances.

Additional notes
PTA functionality is also available for the JVi Series of Tapped Density testers. The PTA 100i is intended to complement the Powder Testing Workstation™ PTW and can be used across pharmaceutical and supporting industries (e.g., cosmetics, food production, additive manufacturing) to ensure accurate powder flowability assessment.
