Product overview
Fast and simple handling unit designed for continuous, heavy-duty under-the-hook lifting. Compact construction with vacuum reservoir, vacuum gauge and built-on safety devices including acoustic and visual alarms. Flexible, wear-resistant rubber sealing enables gripping of multiple surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, sand-blasted, etc.).

Application
Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous, flat-surfaced materials such as cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, stairs, small slabs, metal plates and window glass.

Feeding options
Vacuum can be generated by an electric vacuum pump or by a compressed-air vacuum generator (Venturi). Typical supply: electric vacuum pump + connection hose + vacuum suction pad. Optional configurations: single-phase or DC electric motors for mobile installations (forklifts, hydraulic cranes) or internal combustion engines. Units can be tailored to customer requirements.
