Overview
S series two-pad vacuum lifter with manual tilting. Capacity: 250–1000 kg. Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous, flat-surfaced materials such as cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, stairs, small slabs, metal plates and window glass.

General description
Compact, robust design for continuous industrial use. Designed as an under-the-hook handling device to complement cranes and forklifts. Features include an integrated vacuum reservoir, safety devices with acoustic and visual alarms, and a vacuum gauge. Flexible, durable rubber sealing adapts to multiple surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, sand-blasted).

• Light alloy and galvanized steel construction; cast aluminium pads for corrosion resistance.
• Quick and easy replacement of the rubber sealing ring.
• Manual tilting range 0°–90° to handle materials horizontally and vertically.
• Pivot axis located close to the pad for simplified vertical positioning.
• Adjustable maneuvering handle inclination.
• Detachable rechargeable vacuum leakage alarm with buzzer and warning lights, activated by a vacuum switch; separate charger supplied.
• Non-return valves to preserve vacuum in case of hose damage or power loss.
• ON/OFF sliding valve with locking device to prevent accidental release.
• Built in compliance with the CE Machinery Directive.

Feeding options and vacuum generation
Vacuum generation via electric vacuum pump or Venturi vacuum generator (compressed air). Typical configuration: electric vacuum pump + connecting hose + suction pads. Optional pumps with single-phase or DC motors (for forklifts or hydraulic cranes) or internal combustion engines available for special applications.
