Overview
Three-pad vacuum lifter. Capacity: 500 to 1500 kg. Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous, flat-surfaced materials such as cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, stairs, small slabs, metal plates and window glass.

Description
Fast and simple handling unit with compact, sturdy construction, suitable for continuous heavy-duty use. Ideal as an under-the-hook lifting device and a complement to standard lifting equipment. Equipped with a vacuum reservoir, safety devices with acoustic and visual alarms, and a vacuum gauge. A distinctive flexible rubber sealing ensures reliable grip on multiple surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, sand blasted).

Feeding / Vacuum generation options
The vacuum can be generated by an electric vacuum pump or by a compressed-air Venturi vacuum generator. Typical configuration: electric vacuum pump + connecting pipe + vacuum suction pad. For special applications, optional pumps with single-phase or DC motors (for forklift and hydraulic crane installation) or internal combustion engines can be supplied.

Available configurations and accessories
Multiple suction pad configurations are available to adapt the lifter to specific shapes and materials. Special bespoke units and pneumatic tilting versions can be supplied on request.
