X series | manual tilting — Five-pad vacuum lifter. Capacity: 500 to 1500 kg. Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous materials with flat surfaces: cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, steps, small slabs, metal plates, window glass.

General description
Compact and robust under-the-hook lifting unit designed for continuous heavy-duty use. Equipped with a vacuum reservoir and built-in safety devices including acoustic and visual alarms and a vacuum gauge. Distinctive flexible rubber sealing ensures secure gripping on diverse surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush‑hammered, sandblasted, etc.).

• Construction with light alloy components and galvanized steel; aluminum casting pads for long life and corrosion resistance.
• Fast and easy replacement of the rubber sealing ring.
• Manual tilt adjustable from 0° to 90° to handle and set materials horizontally or vertically.
• Pivot axis positioned close to the pad to facilitate vertical placement.
• Adjustable inclination of the maneuvering handle for operator ergonomics.
• Detachable rechargeable vacuum leakage alarm with buzzer and warning lights activated by a vacuum switch; separate battery charger included.
• One-way valves to maintain vacuum in case of hose damage or vacuum loss.
• ON/OFF sliding valve with a locking device to prevent accidental release.

Feeding options
Vacuum generated by an electric pump or a compressed-air vacuum generator (Venturi). Typical supply includes an electric vacuum pump, connecting hose and the suction pads. For special applications, pumps with single-phase, DC motors (for mounting on forklifts or hydraulic cranes) or internal combustion engines can be supplied.
