Ten-pad vacuum lifter X Series C for handling flat, non-porous solid materials with pneumatic tilting from 0° to 90°.

X Series C capacity: 500–1500 kg.

Applications
Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous materials with flat surfaces: cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, stairs, small slabs, metal plates, window glass and display glazing.

General description
Compact, robust under-hook handling unit designed for continuous and heavy-duty operation. Equipped with vacuum reservoir, vacuum gauge and safety devices with acoustic and visual alarms. Flexible, long-life rubber sealing provides reliable grip on various surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, sand-blasted, etc.).

Features

• manufactured with light alloy materials and galvanized steel, aluminum casting pad — corrosion resistant;
• fast and easy replacement of the rubber sealing ring;
• tilting 0° to 90° for horizontal and vertical (upright) handling;
• pivoting axis positioned close to the pad to facilitate vertical placement;
• adjustable inclination of the manoeuvring handle;
• detachable, rechargeable vacuum-leakage alarm with buzzer and warning lights, activated by a vacuum switch; separate battery charger;
• one-direction valves to maintain vacuum in case of pipe cut or vacuum loss;
• ON/OFF sliding valve with locking device to prevent accidental release;
• designed in compliance with the CE Machine Directive.

Feeding options
Vacuum can be generated by an electric vacuum pump or by a compressed-air vacuum generator (Venturi). Typical supply: electric vacuum pump + connecting hose + vacuum suction pad. Electric pumps can be supplied single-phase, as DC motors (for installation on forklifts and hydraulic cranes) or as internal combustion engines for special applications.
