Product overview The VX series five-pad vacuum lifter is an air-powered suction gripper for handling large slabs and sheets. Suitable for marble, granite, fragile and precious stones (onyx), cement, ceramic, stoneware, porcelain in large formats, Laminam® Dekton® and other thin materials with large dimensions, and metal sheets. Capacity range: 250–1400 kg. Robust compact steel frame with vacuum reserve tank and adjustable sliding suction pads for precise positioning.

Feeding options Vacuum can be generated by an electric vacuum pump or a compressed-air Venturi vacuum generator. Typical supply includes electric pump + connecting pipe + suction pads. Pumps can be supplied single-phase, DC (for forklifts and hydraulic cranes) or internal combustion for special applications; pump-mounted or remote installation possible.

Additional notes Multiple suction pad layouts are available to adapt the lifter to different workpieces and gripping areas. Special configurations and multi-pad units with manual tilting can be supplied on request.
