Overview
This single-pad vacuum lifter is designed to lift dense materials such as marble, granite, concrete, refractories and composite panels, and is also suitable for sheet metal and other plate materials. Compact and built for continuous industrial use, the unit features a flexible replaceable rubber sealing ring that adapts to multiple surface finishes. Safety devices and ergonomic controls secure the load and protect the operator.

Vacuum generation and feeding options
Vacuum can be generated by an electric vacuum pump or a compressed-air Venturi generator. Typical configuration: electric vacuum pump + connecting pipe + suction pad. Pumps are available in single-phase, DC (for forklift or hydraulic crane mounting) or internal combustion engines for special applications. Multiple configurations are offered to match operational needs.

Custom configurations and special designs are available on request. Intended for heavy-duty industrial applications where secure gripping of dense materials is required.
