Product Overview
Three-pad vacuum lifter. Capacity: 370 to 1500 kg. Suitable for lifting solid, non-porous, flat-surfaced materials such as cut-to-size panels, tiles, strips, stairs, small slabs, metal plates and window glass.

Design and Safety
Fast and simple handling unit with compact, robust construction, suitable for continuous and heavy-duty use. Designed as an under-the-hook lifting device to complement lifting equipment. Equipped with a vacuum reservoir, built-in safety devices including acoustic and luminous alarms and a vacuum gauge. Distinctive flexible rubber sealing accommodates a variety of surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush-hammered, sand blasted, etc.).

• Fast and easy replacement of the rubber sealing ring
• Manual tilting from 0° to 90° for lifting and laying materials horizontally and vertically
• Pivot axis located close to the pad to facilitate vertical positioning
• Adjustable inclination of the maneuvering handle
• Detachable, rechargeable vacuum leakage alarm with buzzer and warning lights activated by a vacuum switch; separate battery charger
• One-way valves to maintain vacuum in case of pipe cuts or vacuum loss
• ON/OFF sliding valve with locking device to prevent accidental release
• In compliance with the CE Machine Directive for EU CE marking

Feeding options
Vacuum can be generated by an electric pump or by a compressed-air vacuum generator (Venturi). The unit typically includes an electric vacuum pump, connecting pipe and vacuum suction pad. The pump should be placed close to the work area. For special applications, pumps with single-phase or DC motors (for forklift or hydraulic crane installation) or internal combustion engines can be supplied.
