Flexible pad vacuum lifter. Capacity: 100 to 800 kg. Suitable for lifting column sectors, cylindrical shells, both concave and convex, polished or rough.

Product summary
The OMNIA is a patented high‑tech flexible suction pad with variable deformation designed for lifting and handling curvilinear products. Manufactured with composite materials and light alloys for flexibility, safety and durability. The sealing is a flexible, resistant rubber ring enabling reliable grip on a wide range of surface finishes (raw, polished, honed, flamed, bush‑hammered, sand blasted, etc.).

• Detachable rechargeable vacuum alarm with buzzer and warning lights activated by a vacuum switch; separate battery charger.
• One‑way valves to retain vacuum in case of pipe cuts or vacuum loss.
• ON/OFF sliding control valve with locking device to prevent accidental release.
• Compliant with the EU Machinery Directive for CE marking.

Feeding / Vacuum generation
Vacuum can be generated by an electric vacuum pump or by a compressed‑air Venturi generator. Typical supply includes electric vacuum pump, connecting pipe and the suction pad. Options include single‑phase or DC motor pumps (for installation on forklifts or hydraulic cranes) and internal combustion engines for specific applications.

Configurations and models
Available model variants include OMNIA 300, OMNIA 300/AC, OMNIA 400 and OMNIA 800. Special configurations can be designed to meet specific application requirements.
