Description

Presentation

  • Tractor or microtractor-mounted branch chipper designed to produce uniform chips for mulching and biomass valorisation. Designed and built in France (Yonne).


Key features

  • Cutting disk Ø 280 mm with 2 or 3 radial blades Ø100 mm.
  • Rotation speed: 540–1500 rpm.
  • Special cutting table limits chip thickness to < 4 mm and reduces clogging risk, producing chips without splinters or excess sawdust.
  • Cutting capacity: up to 67 mm diameter (depending on drive power).
  • Instantaneous output: up to 5 m³; steady output up to 0.5 m³/h depending on branch type.
  • Mounting: tractor three-point linkage, wheelbarrow chassis or fixed frame.


Power options

  • Electric: 3 kW — single-phase 230 V or three-phase 400 V.
  • Petrol: 5 kW (belt transmission) and other petrol variants available.
  • PTO drive: compatible with standard tractor PTO at 540 or 1000 rpm; recommended power range 3–22 kW (4–30 hp). Typical recommended power for light use: 2.2–3.3 kW.


Options & accessories

  • Elevating discharge chute for higher ejection (available for 1000 rpm PTO models).
  • Spare blade sets and sharpening tools.
  • Wheelbarrow kit for field mobility and trailer transport.
